Shipping 

We ship Australia wide. We normally dispatch orders within 3 business days and delivery will vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on location. 

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, you must inform us within 2 business days of receiving the item via email at info@persishome.com.au and we will provide the return address and the next steps via return email. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Please note online orders cannot be returned to our stores. 

The returned item must comply with the following:  

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it; and 
  • in the original packaging material or something equivalent.  

If you comply with the above, we will issue you a store credit within 5 business days. 

This policy only applies to the orders placed through the Persis Home website and purchases only. For in-store purchases, please check the terms and conditions mentioned in your invoice. 

Damaged goods 

If your order is damaged by the carrier, please refuse the shipment and notify us or the carrier. If the shipping damage is discovered after the item has been received, report all the damage to us at info@perishome.com.au within 1 day of receiving the order. We cannot honor any returns or damage claims after the 1-day period. After being notified, we will provide the next steps via return email.
